All of our apparel is made to order specifically for each customer. Because every item is produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, color preference, or any other customer-related reason.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.
The only exception to this policy is if your item arrives with a verified defect in materials or workmanship. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Why does my order take time to ship?
Every item we sell is made to order. This means your apparel is produced specifically for you after your order is placed rather than being pulled from pre-made inventory. This process helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created just for you.How long will it take for my order to ship?

No. The 5–10 business day timeframe is for production and order processing. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.Can I expedite my order?
Because each item is made to order, we are generally unable to expedite production. We appreciate your patience while we create your order with care, but rest assured we work as quickly as possible to produce and ship your order. -
All of our apparel is made to order in the USA and most of the products used are sourced in the USA with very few exceptions. If a product is not sourced in the USA, we do our best to note on the product page.
